As a DAkkS-accredited calibration laboratory specializing exclusively in torque, we support customers from industry, research, and quality assurance with precise, reliable, and traceable calibration services. Today, around 700 companies and institutions across five continents rely on our services. The steady demand and growing number of orders reflect the trust placed in our work and the consistently high quality of our calibration services.
With the growth of our team and the increasing number of calibration orders, we invested early in our own ERP system tailored specifically to torque calibration services.
Through digital process enhancements — including the implementation of e‑invoicing, automated and more secure generation of calibration certificates, and overall more efficient workflows — we have significantly optimized our internal processes.
Our customers benefit directly: faster processing times, reliable scheduling, short communication paths, and complete documentation. When questions arise, our laboratory staff can contact customers directly, ensuring quick and uncomplicated coordination.
Through our strong specialization in the torque measurement field, we are able to cover nearly the entire range of torque measurement chains. The combination of technical expertise, long‑standing experience, and close collaboration with our customers enables us to reliably solve even complex requirements.
In addition to individual consulting, we offer the option of having required adapters manufactured through our trusted partners — resulting in tailored solutions precisely matched to each measurement task.
Even when manufacturers do not provide adjustment instructions for certain devices, we can handle most requests independently thanks to our extensive experience and specialized knowledge. This ensures fast and reliable support, even for older, rare, or customized torque tools.
The company is managed by Mandy Kühne (Commercial Director) and Dennis Howorek (Laboratory Director).
Our founder, Dr. Peschel, has handed over operational responsibility and continues to support us in an advisory role.
